Birmingham Centre for Chinese Medicine has gained an

Birmingham Centre for Chinese Medicine is a centre of excellence
for the tradition of Chinese medicine, which has been practised in Asia for over 2000 years and includes acupuncture,
herbal medicine, massage and manipulation, breathing and movement
exercises, and dietary advice. At the same time it provides, to the highest
standard, compatible therapies from the western tradition – in
particular remedial and sports massage, where all our therapists have
treated international athletes.

Several
psychotherapists work from our building, and we have on offer a studio room
and smaller therapy rooms available for rent.

All practitioners are fully qualified, registered
and insured.
|
|

Day and early evening appointments are available.
|
|
|
|
|
There is limited parking on the forecourt with
easy access to ground floor treatment rooms for wheelchairs and clients
with walking difficulties.

We also have a large car park at the rear of the
building.
|

Most of the treatments offered are suitable for
children.

The Centre opened in 1995 to provide a focus for Chinese
medicine in the Birmingham and West Midlands area. We have since established
a strong reputation in our field. Practitioners are regularly asked
to talk to national professional bodies, and are called upon by the local
media, including BBC Midlands Today, Radio WM, and the Ed Doolan show for
comments and interviews about Chinese medicine and have frequently
featured in articles in local papers.
